DynaGen's VTSC100 Controller Board

The VTSC100 Logic Controller Board is at the heart of every Vigilant Automatic Transfer Switch. It is designed to provide all basic transfer switch control functions with simplicity, flexibility, and durability.

Features include:

• Powered from genset battery for isolation against line transients.
• Integrated voltage and frequency sensing.
• Adjustable transfer delays using on-board potentiometers.
• Fused remote start contact relays.
• Adjustable drop-out & pick-up values for voltage and frequency.
• Internal test switch included.

Conformally Coated
Every VTSC controller board is thoroughly conformally coated to create an effective barrier against moisture, fungus and other contaminants that can cause:

• Short circuits.
• Corrosion of conductors and solder joints.
• Electrical leakage between circuits.
• Mechanical stress of components.
• Loss of insulation protection.

Galvanized Corrosion Protection Standard on all Vigilant Enclosures
The Vigilant enclosure is made from duplex coated, galvanized G90 grade steel and meets American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standard A653. The service life of our galvanized steel enclosures is more than twice that of regular steel.

Operator Interface with external access
DynaGen’s easy-to-use, 7-day exerciser clock gives you full control over day and time. The exerciser clock and indicator lamps are both accessible from outside the transfer switch. There’s no need to open the door to adjust the clock or view the status of the transfer switch, even with the NEMA 3 enclosure option.
